The JPMBB BASIC - an awesome stretchy wrap, with outstanding credentials! The BASIC is new and it's different - it's like the 'no-sugar' JPMBB - all the usual JPMBB flavour, but with less fabric. The material used for the BASIC is lighter in weight; the fabric is less dense; the wrap is narrower at 50cm (rather than 70cm), and is shorter in length too.
I know what you're thinking.....what does this actually mean? Well, it means this wrap is lighter than the standard JPMBB - so it's less versatile. Yet sometimes less is more too - it's a really great stretchy wrap for warmer months and is less bulky and cumbersome with newborn and smaller babies. Quite simply, we love it.
Again, I know what you're thinking....can less really be more? Well, yes for sure. Less fabric weight, shorter length and width all makes for easier, smoother wrapping. You won't be able to carry your 2.5 year old, but you will be able to carry your smaller baby with comfort and with relative ease, right through the summer months too!
